Bio
Biography
Carole Corrie was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1957.
She attended Art and Design at Brighton Technical College and Graphic Design at Swinburne College of Technology, Victoria.
Carole moved to country NSW in 1978 and has since undertaken many various artist workshops.
Carole now lives and paints plein air at her home on Scotland Island as well as Hill End, the Hunter Valley and Stradbroke Island.
Carole has exhibited in various groups and individual shows since 2004. She was selected as a finalist in the John Glover prize, Tasmania in 2008 and finalist in NSW Parliament Plein Air Prize May 2009.
Carole is currently working on her Solo show for September this year at Gallery @ 28 Queen Street Woollahra.
